To gain a long– youthful healthy life, practice ‘Maha-Yoga’–2
Sit in any comfortable ‘Asana’, close your eyes, and keepyour backbone straight. Keep your hands lying on its back– on your knees, andtouch the tip of your middle fingers by the tip of your thumbs.
Now, breathe into deeply and breathe out in a moderatemotion. At the time of breathing in, expand your chest and at the time ofbreathing out empty your chest. Keep your mind on breathing. In this waypractice it ten times.
This Yoga procedure has to perform in medium tempo, that isto say– in a moderate motion.
Take rest for two minutes and feel your vigor.
Next, breathe in deeply and with it, expand your abdomen. Afterthat, breathe out with compressing your abdomen. Keep your mind on abdomen. In thisway practice it ten times.
Take rest for two minutes and feel your inner power.
Now, breathe in as before and with it, compress your urineblocking valve. Then breathe out with relaxing the valve gently. Thus practiceit ten times.
Take rest for twominutes and feel your inner strength.
After that, breathe into deeply as before and with it,compress your stool blocking valve, then breathe out with relaxing the valvegently. In this manner practice it ten times.
Now take rest for five minutes and feel, you are becominghealthy with full of youth power.
This is a complete session. Every day you have to practiceit in the morning, after the routine morning duties of evacuation of bowels,and in the evening. Do not practice it after eating and during sickness.
With practicing this ‘Maha-Yoga’ if you can practice ‘MahaYoga-Nidra’, you will get excellent result.
